Here’s another quote related to John Lennon’s shouting.

‘He was teaching me how to cut and eat steak, which was a mystery to me at four; how to stick the fork in and cut behind it, and that was how you got a piece in your mouth. I think it was that night when he got very upset with me, I think because of something I did very cheekily with the steak. He did wind up yelling at me very, very loudly to the point where he damaged my ear, and I had to go to the hospital.’

This is related to the new book about John Lennon that will be coming out soon.

John Lennon on Yelling at Sean

September 29, 2008

There are lots and lots of qoutes from John Lennon lately (negative) because of that forth coming new book about him entitled John Lennon: The Life‘. So here’s another quote from John Lennon about him shouting at Sean, when he was 4 years old.

‘I’m so sorry. I have a temper’ – John Lennon.

This may not be a quote a John Lennon Fan may want to hear but I have to include it here… This is from the Audio diary of JOhn Lennon.

“I was just remembering the time I had my hand on my mother’s t*t in 1 Blomfield Road.

“It was when I was about 14.

“I took a day off school, I was always doing that and hanging out in her house.

“We were lying on the bed and I was thinking ‘I wonder if I should do anything else?’”

Thanks to Matt for his blog entry…

Here’s one of my favorite quotes from George Harrison.

“As far as I’m concerned, there won’t be a Beatles reunion as long as John Lennon remains dead.”

-George Harrison

That was a long title.. :)

“We thought that if we lasted for two to three years that would be fantastic.”

-Ringo Starr
